RiverDowns is located in Midlothian, Virginia in the County of Chesterfield. Situated just three miles from the intersection of Robious Road and Route 288, the community is comprised of three distinct neighborhoods: King’s Farm, Lenox Forest and Queen’s Grant and is home to over 400 families.
Each neighborhood features classic and transitional style homes built by some of Richmond’s most renowned builders including Tomac Homes, Dumont Classic Homes, Napier Signature Homes, Main Street Homes, and Integrity Homes, to name a few.
The community has two tot lots, one in Lenox Forest and one in King’s Farm.
Lenox Forest is adjacent to Robious Landing Park, a 102-acre park which offers 3.4 miles of self-guided trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, a volleyball court, fishing and access to the James River.
