The association has 2 committees that provide suggestions and guidance to the Board:
Architectural Review Committee (ARC); The ARC is responsible for performing the duties outlined in Article V of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Additionally, the Committee is charged with maintaining architectural standards, safeguarding members of the RiverDowns Homeowners Association (“Association”) from the dangers of unauthorized changes or modifications to a lot and generally preserving the aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood.
Landscaping Committee; The Landscaping Committee (“Committee”) advises and assists the Board of Directors (“Board”) by promoting, preserving and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of common areas owned and maintained by the RiverDowns Homeowners Association and encouraging the highest level of maintenance of the association’s physical assets.
